Terms of membership

What membership includes
Access to Today, Progress, Rides, Me and related features described on the membership page. Features may improve over time.
Payment
Membership is billed through an external payment provider. Card details are never entered on or stored by Rydelitics. Price, billing interval and tax treatment: to be confirmed before launch.
Founding Riders
Existing Founding Riders keep their included access until the end date recorded for their place. After that, continued access requires a membership.
Cancellation and refunds
Membership is £9.99 a month and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Membership page; your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for, and it will not renew. If you ask within 14 days of your first membership payment, we will refund that payment in full — email paul@rydelitics.co.uk. After that, payments already made are not refunded for partial months. If a payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried; if it cannot be collected, membership ends.
