Rydelitics private beta
Rydelitics is currently in private beta. Your feedback will help improve the system.
What Rydelitics does
Rydelitics uses your goals, training and recovery evidence to decide what will make you a better cyclist next. It gives you one clear recommendation, explains why it chose it, and tells you honestly how confident it is.
What works today
Rider DNA
A short set of questions about your goal, your time and your week.
Your ride evidence
Rides, strength sessions and optional wellbeing check-ins you enter, plus optional Strava ride import, being rolled out to a small group first.
One next session
A named session, with the readiness check deciding whether to push it, ease it back or postpone it. Today always has the final say.
Progress and your improvement loop
An honest answer to "Am I getting better?" and a four-week loop that shows what the current block is building.
Learning from you
Tell Rydelitics how followed sessions felt; two consistent answers can make similar sessions gentler.
Target date
An optional event or goal date that shapes the final days.
Honest confidence
High, medium, or still learning. Rydelitics will say when it does not know yet.
What it deliberately does not do yet
No other device connections
No direct Garmin, Wahoo or file upload yet. Strava is the only connection.
No full training calendar
The loop gives direction; it does not lay out every session weeks ahead.
No equipment, nutrition or coaching chat
Those are part of the longer-term picture, not this test.
What would help most
Tell us when something confused you
Use Give feedback anywhere in the app. Confusion is a design problem, not your problem.
Say when a recommendation felt wrong
Answer “Was this useful?” under your recommendation. Your answers are stored for learning and never silently change the engine during the beta.
Keep checking in
Rydelitics gets sharper as your own evidence builds — roughly two weeks of consistent days gives a first useful baseline, and it keeps learning after that.
Important
Rydelitics provides cycling training guidance and is not a medical service. You always decide what you actually do — Rydelitics recommends, you choose.
